2026 Exhibitor Application

Georgia National Fair | October 8–18, 2026

This application is for booth space in the Georgia Grown Building at the 2026 Georgia National Fair. If you are interested in participating in the Georgia Grown Market, please refer to the separate Georgia Grown Market Application.

Application Deadline: 5:00 PM on May 1, 2026

Booth space is awarded based on application quality, alignment with the educational and promotional goals of the Georgia Grown Building, prior participation, and date of application submission.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitors are selected based on their ability to provide engaging, hands-on educational experiences that help visitors understand how agriculture impacts their daily lives. Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate strong educational value and visitor interaction.

The Georgia Grown Building at the Georgia National Fair is dedicated to showcasing Georgia's #1 industry: agriculture. The building is operated by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

Booth Information and Fees

Booth space pricing varies by size. All booths are located inside a fully enclosed, climate-controlled building with concrete flooring. Each booth includes:

  • One (1) 8-foot table  
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) 110v electrical outlet
  • Up to four (4) Exhibitor badges for gate entry (More can be requested after acceptance into the building).

A deposit is NOT required or accepted with this application.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

  • Exhibitors must be current, paid Georgia Grown members in good standing.
  • Each exhibitor is required to have an interactive or educational component in the booth design or programming.
  • Food product companies must hold appropriate and valid food safety certifications through the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
  • Alcohol sales are prohibited.
  • Booth location will be assigned by event staff. Every effort will be made to space out vendors with similar products.
  • Booths must be staffed and operational during all building hours:
    • 3 PM to 9 PM — Opening Day (Thursday, Oct 8)
    • 10 AM to 9 PM — Weekends (Friday to Sunday, Oct 9-11, Oct 16-18)
    • 10 AM to 8 PM — Weekdays (Monday to Thursday, Oct 12-15)
  • Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.
  • The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter requires an Insurance Verification with combined liability limits of at least $1,000,000. A $100 fee will be charged for insurance if you will not be providing your own.

Security

Building security will be provided by the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The building will be locked at closing, and no entry will be permitted until one hour before opening each day.

The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter (GNFA) requires a Commercial General Liability Insurance Certificate with liability limits of at least $1,000,000. A $100 fee is charged for insurance if you will not be providing your own. Will you provide your own insurance?
