How do I change my password?

On the login screen click "Sign In". Then click on the "Recover Password" link. On the Recover Password screen enter your email address (jane.doe@agr.georgia.gov). Click "Next". Then answer the password question and click "Next". You will be emailed a generic password. Once you login with the new password you can change it by clicking on the "My Account" link found at the top of this page.

I'm unable to locate my login icon on my desktop...

The login icon on your desktop is very important because it has the link to the only page that will allow you to sign-in. If you are unable to locate the login icon on your desktop you can create a new one. Right-click on your desktop and click "New" and "Shortcut". In the location box, type in /Default.aspx and then click "Next". Type in "Ag Site Login" for the shortcut name and click "Finish". Your new shortcut icon will now appear on your desktop.

How do I move files to a different folders?

The only way to move files is to use the File Manager located on the Administration Bar found at the bottom on your screen. Once in the File Manager you would click on the file you want to move to a different location. Then click the "move" icon located to the right of the file. Next, click the folder you want the selected file to be moved into.
