  • Fresh Express - is recalling their Fresh Express 11.5-ounce Southwest Chopped Kit with production codes G163B10A and G163B10B, UPC code 0 71279 30602 5 and use-by date of June 29 due to the presence of undeclared wheat, soy, cashews, and coconut. Only the Southwest Chopped Kit displaying the identified product codes, UPC code and use-by date are subject to the recall. All other Fresh Express Southwest Chopped Kits are properly labeled, and no other Fresh Express products are included in the recall. The recalled product was distributed between June 12 and June 18 in Georgia and other states.
  • Trident Seafoods - is recalling their ordon Choice Imitation Crab Supreme Style because it may contain undeclared egg white. Product subject to the recall was distributed in Georgia and other states through Gordon Food Service distribution and Gordon Food Service Stores. Gordon Choice Imitation Crab Supreme Style is packed in vacuum-sealed plastic 40-ounce packages. Each package is marked with a lot code, and the recall is limited to the following lot codes: M828803, M904202, M916303, and M935004, M016004.
  • Flagstone Foods LLC - is recalling their 14-ounce packages of North Star Sweet & Salty Caramel Trail Mix because they may contain undeclared cashews. The product comes in a 14-ounce, plastic stand-up resealable package, marked with UPC Code 0- 80948-63064-4 and lot code # 05M04210 on the bottom right-hand side of the package with an expiration date of 04/22/2021. The recalled North Star Sweet & Salty Caramel Trail Mix packages were distributed nationwide in retail military exchanges.
  • Mount Franklin Foods, LLC dba Azar Nut Company - is recalling their 5-ounce packages of 7-Select Yogurt Pretzels because they may contain undeclared peanuts. The recalled 5-ounce packages of "7-Select Yogurt Pretzels" were distributed nationwide in retail 7-Eleven stores. The product comes in a 5 ounce, printed plastic pouch and is marked with lot number YR20140 Best By May/19/2021 and JT20147 Best By May/26/2021 on the bottom front left of the bag.
  • Beyond Better Foods, LLC - is recalling their Enlightened brand Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream pints because they may have been packaged in Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter containers and thus contain undeclared milk ingredients. The affected product was distributed nationwide in grocery stores. Beyond Better Foods is taking immediate steps to recall all affected products. These packages have a base container labeled "Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter" and a lid labeled "Chocolate Peanut Butter" without a "Dairy-Free" callout. All affected products have a "best by" date of November 5, 2021 which is printed on the bottom of the container
  • Lakeside Refrigerated Services - is recalling approximately 42,922 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The following products are subject to recall: View Labels The products subject to recall bear establishment number "EST. 46841" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

    • 1-lb. vacuum packages containing "MARKETSIDE BUTCHER ORGANIC GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF" and a use or freeze by date of 07/01/20 and lot code P-53298-82.
    • 1-lb. vacuum packages containing four 1/4 lb. pieces of "MARKETSIDE BUTCHER ORGANIC GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF PATTIES" and a use or freeze by date of June 27, 2020 and lot code P-53934-28.
    • 3-lb. vacuum packages containing three 1 lb. pieces of "MARKETSIDE BUTCHER ORGANIC GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF 93% LEAN / 7% FAT" and a use or freeze by date of 07/01/20 and lot code P53929-70.
    • 1-lb. tray packages containing four 1/4 lb. pieces of "THOMAS FARMS GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF PATTIES 85% LEAN / 15% FAT" and a use or freeze by date of 06/25/20 and lot code P53944-10.
    • 4-lb. tray packages containing 10 1/4 lb. pieces of "THOMAS FARMS GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF PATTIES 80% LEAN / 20% FAT" and a use or freeze by date of 06/25/20 and lot code P53937-45.
    • 1-lb. vacuum packages containing four 1/4 lb. pieces of "THOMAS FARMS GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF PATTIES 85% LEAN / 15% FAT" and a use or freeze by date of 06/27/20 and lot code P53935-25.
    • 1-lb. vacuum packages containing "VALUE PACK FRESH GROUND BEEF 76% LEAN / 24% FAT" and a use or freeze by date of 07/01/20 and lot code P53930-18.
  • NOW Health Group, Inc. (NOW) - is recalling their NOW Real Food® Raw Macadamia Nuts (Product Code 7119, Lot#3141055) because this lot has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Consumers who have purchased the recalled Raw Macadamia Nuts should stop using the product immediately and return it to place of purchase for a full refund. Receipt is not required for refund. This lot was distributed online and in retail stores nationwide.
  • Rong Shing Trading NY Inc. - is recalling their 21.1oz (600g) of Xi Zhi Liang Fruit Jelly Cups, container code, “BEST BEFORE 12.30.2020,” because they may pose a choking hazard. The product comes in pink, yellow, and blue plastic backpacks, with numerous individual plastic jelly cups inside each back pack, and a toy car in a pouch on the front of the plastic backpack. The UPC code is 6902934982138.The recalled jelly cups were distributed nationwide in retail food stores. Consumers who have purchased the item are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
  • Nestle Prepared Foods Company - is recalling frozen chicken product labeled as Lean Cuisine Fettuccini Alfredo because the product contains undeclared soy, a known allergen. View Labels. The product comes in 9 1/4-oz. retail carton containing "LEAN CUISINE favorites Fettuccini Alfredo tender pasta with a creamy cheese sauce" with lot codes including: "0113587812 A," "0113587812 B," "0113587812 C," or "0113587812 D" and a date of "MAY 2021" on side of the label. The products subject to recall bear establishment number "P27333" printed on the package next to the lot code. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
  • Mondelez Global - is recalling their RITZ Cheese Cracker Sandwiches Family Size (21.6 oz. carton) product in the United States. This recall is being conducted because the outer packaging indicates that the product is Cheese variety, while the individually-wrapped product contained in the package is Peanut Butter variety. The bar code for the affected product is 0 44000 03826 7 The product was distributed to retail stores nationwide. For a full list of best by dates, click here.
  • Medifast, Inc - is recalling their OPTAVIA Essential Old Fashioned Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal because the product may contain undeclared traces of milk. The impacted product was shipped to customers from January 23, 2020 to April 27, 2020 throughout the United States. The recalled products’ lot numbers are RP1048870, RP1048871 and RP1048886, with “Best By” dates of January 8, 2021, January 8, 2021 and January 9, 2021, respectively, stamped on the back.
  • Hom/Ade Foods - is recalling their Mary B's brand biscuits due to potential contamination Listeria monocytogenes. All “Best If Used By” dates BEFORE September 23, 2018 and with the letter “M” immediately after the date are included in the recall.   • Homestead Creamery - is recalling their unsalted butter because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The unsalted butter affected comes in a 1/2 pound marked with an expiration date of 04/30 stickered on the plastic packaging.The recalled butter was distributed to their distribution partners, through their home delivery service, and at retail store.
  • Conagra Brands - is recalling approximately 130,763 pounds of not ready-to-eat chicken bowl products because the product may contain extraneous material, specifically small rocks. The recalled products are  9.5-oz. cartons containing Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Chicken Feta & Farro with lot code 5006002320, bar code 072655001800 and a best by date of 10/19/2020 on the label and 9.5-oz. cartons containing Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Chicken Feta & Farro, BOILS ÈNERGIE Poulet feta et épeautre with lot code 5006002320, UPC code 072655003026 and a best by date of 10/19/2020 on the label. These products were distributed nationwide.
  • Ocean Spray Cranberries - is recalling their Pink Lite Cranberry Juice Drink due to possible undeclared sulfites.The lot code for the affected product is MH0030LPK4, the bar code for the package case is 03120003782 4, the bar code for the can is 03120003682 7, and the best by date is January 24, 2021. The affected product was distributed online and to retail locations nationwide.
  • Royal International Trading Inc - is recalling their Tayni Boctoka Dry Fruits Mix Compot Apple due to undeclared sulfites. The product comes in a clear plastic package marked with container code 4705932006197. The product was distributed nationwide in retail stores and through mail orders.
  • Whole Foods Market - is recalling their Minestrone Soup due to undeclared milk allergens. The products were available with sell-by dates up to 4/17/2020. For soup sold in clear plastic deli-style containers of various weight, they can be identified by the PLU code printed on the product scale labels beginning with 248529. for soup sold in clear plastic bags weighing 7 lbs. 12 oz., the code is 246691. This product was distributed to retail locations in several states, including Georgia
  • Smokehouse Pet Products - is recalling all sizes and package types of dog treats labeled as Beefy Munchies due to possible Salmonella contamination.The product comes in individual bags, resealable bags and plastic tubs. The plastic tub will be labeled Beefy Bites.  The current recall is expanded to include all Beefy Munchies.The product was distributed to retail locations nationwide.
  • Redbarn Pet Products - is recalling their Redbarn's 7-inch Bully Stick three pack due to possible Salmonella contamination. The recalled products were distributed in pet specialty retail stores. Affected products comes in a 2.4 ounce, green plastic bag marked with an expiration date of 112120ABC stamped on the side. The product has a bar code of 7 85184 25105 8.
  • Weis Markets - is recalling their Penne Pasta with Asiago Sauce and Grilled Chicken single serving meal due to an undeclared milk allergen. The product was sold in Weis Markets’ stores nationwide.
  • Emerald® Nuts - is recalling their 6.5oz Glazed Walnuts product, distributed nationwide, due to the potential presence of undeclared peanuts, almonds, cashews and pecans in the product. The product has a bar code of 0 1030080894 7, a production code of EN1216XX2, and a best before date of 15 DEC 2018.
  • Sun Noodle - is recalling their Tonkotsu Ramen because it is mis-labeled. While it is labeled Tonkotsu, the actual flavor packet inside is Assari Shoyu, which contains undeclared fish allergens (sardines). The affected product has a lot code of 3217332.
  • Ottogi America - is recalling their 6.40 ounce Rice cake soup due to possible undeclared milk allergens. The product comes in a 6.40 ounce, yellow paper bowl package marked with Item No: 29409101 on the back with an expiration date of June 20th 2018 stamped under the case. The product was distributed nationwide.
  • Fieldbrook Foods Corporation - is recalling their orange cream bars is extending a previously announced recall of all orange cream bars and chocolate coated vanilla ice cream bars that were produced in 2017 on the company’s Hoyer 1 Line at its Dunkirk, NY plant (plant code 362677) to includes 28,751 cases of Raspberry Cream Bars that were included with Orange Cream Bars in ALDI seasonal split-case purchases.The recalled products have a production date of January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and a “best by” date of January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. The Hood and Kemps products may show a “best by” date of July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. For a full list of merchants and products, click here.
  • Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. - is recalling their Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa chocolate bars due to the bars being wrapped in the wrong packaging. The bars are labeled as Excellence 85% Cocoa, but contain Lindt Excellence Dark Caramel Sea Salt bars. Therefore, this product does not contain accurate information about allergens. The recalled Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa chocolate bars are labeled with Lot Code L5539, a Best Before date of 11-30-2020, and barcode of 3746601645. The recalled product was distributed nationwide to wholesale and online retailers.
  • IcelandicPlus LLC - is recalling their Capelin Pet Treats because some of the fish have exceeded the FDA compliance guideline for fish larger than 5 inches, and may have the potential to cause botulism poisoning. There has not been any positive test results for Clostridium botulinum from any IcelandicPlus Capelin product to date. The product comes in a clear plastic package or tube, and marked Icelandic+ Capelin WHOLE FISH, PURE FISH TREATS FOR DOGS, or PURE FISH TREATS FOR CATS with barcodes 8 5485400775 9; 8 5485400711 7; and 8 5485400757 5 are packaged in a 2.5 ounce tube or a 1.5 or 2.5 ounce bag (lot numbers 02/2020 to 02/2022). The product has been distributed to pet stores nationwide.
  • Guan's Mushroom Co of Commerce - is recalling their 200g/7.05 ounce packages of Enoki Mushroom due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The Enoki comes in a 200g/7.05ounces, clear plastic package with the description “Enoki Mushroom” in English, Korean and French, and Guan’s logo in the front. At the back there is a barcode of 859267007013 and package code of 14-1 at lower right corner. The product is being shipped in a white cardboard box with 25 pcs of 200g. The box contains Guan’s logo in green color and #02473. The product has been distributed nationwide.
  • Pero Family Farms Food Company - is recalling their 11oz Zucchini Spiral Pesto Side Dish Kit with run number code 1196272F and a use by date of 03/20/2020 due to undeclared egg and milk allergens. This product was distributed to several states, including Georgia.
  • AFC Distribution Corp. (AFC) - is recalling their Cooked Butterfly Tail-On Whiteleg Shrimp (Sushi Ebi) with lot number 2019.10.02, utilized in various prepared menu offerings with sell-by dates ranging from 02/19/2020 to 03/13/2020. This ingredient may have a potential to be contaminated with Vibrio parahaemolyticus, an organism which can cause illnesses such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills. The recalled ingredient was distributed to designated retail AFC sushi counters, where it is further processed into prepared sushi items, within grocery stores, cafeterias, and corporate dining centers.   • Mountain Rose Herbs (MRH) - is recalling their Organic Kudzu Root Herbal Supplement due to possible Salmonella contamination. The product comes in a clear plastic or poly-woven bag, net weight ranges from 4 oz. to 50 lbs and has been distrubuted directly to customers, through online orders, in Georgia as well as other states.
  • Vita Food Products, Inc. - is recalling jars of 32 ounce Vita Wild Herring in Wine Sauce due to that are potentially mislabeled and may contain undeclared milk. The product has a best if used before date of June/ 26/ 2020 and lot number 03609, which can be found on the backside of the jar at the bottom of the label. The product was distributed nationwide.   • Whole Foods Market - is recalling their Green Chile Chicken Tamales because they contain undeclared milk. The affected products were sold at Whole Foods Market stores in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. The tamales were sold in plastic containers and in family-style meal kits with Whole Foods Market scale labels.   • New Capstone, Inc. - is recalling their 22oz ReStructure Vanilla Protein Powder pouches with lot number 19211 and best by date 06/21. They are also recalling their 27 gram individual serving pouch, with lot number 19211 and best by date 06/21, because they both may contain undeclared milk.The product was distributed via New Capstone’s RnAReSet.com website from October 21, 2019 through January 8, 2020 and shipped nationwide to consumers.
  • CJ Foods, Inc. - is recalling their Annie Chun's Japanese-Style Teriyaki Noodle Bowls because it may contain undeclared peanuts. The product being recalled comes in  7.8 oz packages, with UPC code 7-65667-10387-6 and  lot number 12/25/2020 in opaque white plastic bowl with paper sleeves. The noodle bowls were distributed across the United States and sold through retail stores and online order.
  • Moonstruck Chocolate Co - is recalling their Praline Pecan & Ginger Element Bar in Dark Chocolate due to undeclared milk allergens.The products are sold either in kraft boxes with barcode  7 11175 12328 8 or in a gold caddy with barcode 10711175128068.   • Sierra Soups of Fresno - is recalling their 13 ounce packages of Pasta e Fagioli due to a mislabeled "gluten free" assurance on the package .  The product was distributed nationwide. For more info, click here.
  • Hubbard Feeds - is recalling their Easy Feed Products and Organic Ground Flaxseed ORG due to herbicide (Haloxyfop) residue contamination. For a full list of products and their corresponding lot codes, click here.
  • Choice Products USA - is recalling their 3lb tubs of Peanut Butter Cookie Dough due to undeclared milk allergens. The product was distributed nationwide in white plastic tubs with the date code 19330
  • Blendtopia Products, LLC - is recalling their 7 ounce frozen Blendtopia brand Superfood Smoothie Kits because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Affected products include "Glow", "Detox", "Energy", "Immunity" and "Strength" Superfood Smoothie Kits. These products have a range of best by dates from July 2021 to November 2021.   • Missa Bay LLC - is recalling their Ready Pac? Bistro? Bowl Spinach Dijon Salad due to undeclared egg and wheat allergens. The salads have a use-by date of Feb. 18, 2020, and product lot code of 255588007 printed on the top label. The product was distributed to fifteen states, including GA.
  • Lotte Int'l America Corp - is recalling their 11.85-ounce packages of Chocopie due to undeclared almond allergens. The Chocopie Original 12pk comes in a 11.85-ounce, plastics wrap package within a paper carton package marked with barcode # 8801062160709 and an expiration date of 06/23/20 stamped on the side. The Chocopie Banana 12pk has a barcode # 845502061407 and expiration date of 04/11/20 stamped on the side. The Chocopie Cacao 12pk has a barcode  # 8801062475148 and an expiration date of 04/23/20 stamped on the side. These products were distributed in retail stores nationwide as well as online.
  • Salud Natural Entrepreneur Inc - has updated their recall of Nopalina Flax Seed Fiber powder and capsule products due to Salmonella contamination.   • Blendtopia Products, LLC - is recalling their 7 ounce frozen Blendtopia brand Superfood Smoothie Kits because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Affected products include “Glow”, “Detox”, “Energy”, “Immunity” and “Strength” Superfood Smoothie Kits. These products have a range of best by dates from July 2021 to November 2021.   • Culinary International, LLC - is recalling their egg burrito products labeled as chicken burrito products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The 6-oz packages are labeled as evol. CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN BURRITO with lot code B9253 J1 P6009 and a best by date of 3 MAR 2021CB represented on the label and  lot code CB03031C11 with best by date of 03 MAR 2021-CB on the case. The item number is #00300 with the establishment number P-6009. The products were distributed nationwide.
  • Ducktrap River - of Belfast, Maine is issuing a recall of Herring Center Cuts in Wine Sauce due to undeclared milk allergens.The recalled product is sold in a 12oz glass container with a sell by date of Jul 29, 2020 located on the lid of the jar. This product was distributed to retail stores in Georgia and other states.
  • Purely Elizabeth - is initiating a recall of their Chocolate Sea Salt Probiotic granola due to undeclared walnut allergens. The product was packaged into master cases labeled as 8oz Maple Walnut Probiotic Granola. The best by date for the granola is 10/21/20. The recalled product Chocolate Sea Salt Probiotic granola has a barcode of 855140002687 and a lot code of OH29519. This product has been distributed nationally.
  • Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams - has initiated a recall of three batches of its Cold Brew with Coconut Cream Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints because they may contain undeclared milk allergens. The recalled pints can be identified with the following batch codes on the underside of the pint container: 19-016, 19-086 and 19-154. The Company also pulled the flavor from its ice cream shops. This product was distributed nationally.
  • Fresh Location - of Lenoir City, Tennessee is recalling Protein Snack Tray 6.44 oz total weight packaged in a 4-compartment plastic tray, and Protein Trail Mix, 3.52 oz total weight packaged in a 10.5 ounce plastic cup, due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.The bar code for the Protein Snack Tray is 8-5511000804-6 and has a best by date that ranges from 12/21/19 to 1/4/20. The bar code for the Protein Trail Mix is 8-5511000813-8 and has a best by date that ranges from 12/23/19 to 1/6/20. These products were distributed to retail stores in Georgia and other states.   • ***Expanded Recall*** Almark Foods - is expanding its voluntary recall first announced on December 20, 2019 all hard-boiled eggs Products manufactured at the firm’s Gainesville, Georgia facility, including all retail, pillow pack, pouch pack, frozen diced, and protein kit products, due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.   • Almark Foods - is recalling their Hard-Boiled and Peeled Eggs Productsin white plastic pails with white plastic lids due to Possible Listeria Monocytogenes Contamination. The products were distributed to food service companies in (GA, CA, MS, NC, PA, TN, IA, MO, AL, FL, AZ). These products were packaged in 20, 23, and 25 pound plastic pails and sold primarily to further processing plants of egg products and restaurant chain suppliers.   • Whole Foods Market - is voluntarily recalling 365 Everyday Value Dark Chocolate Sandwich Cremes because the products may contain undeclared milk or tree nuts (coconut) allergens For Dark Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cremes, the barcode is 9948247605 and best by dates through May 1, 2020. For Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Sandwich Cremes, the barcode is 9948247606 and best by dates through May 9, 2020. These products were sold nationwide.
  • Bakkavor Foods USA, Inc - is recalling their Trader Joe's Egg Salad in 6 oz containers, and Trader Joe's Old Fashioned Potato Salad, in 20 oz containers, with“USE BY” date codes up through and including 12/27/19 due to the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Products were distributed to Trader Joe's retail stores. Trader Joe's Egg Salad has a barcode of 0066 6695 and Trader Joe's Old Fashioned Potato Salad has a barcode of 0032 1747.
  • Reichel Foods Inc - is voluntarily recalling Pro2Snax to the Max Sliced Apples, Hard Boiled Egg, Mild Cheddar Cheese, Cashews & Dried Cranberries in 7.35oz snack packs (barcode 649632001490) and Pro2Snax to the Max Sweet Gala Apples, Hard Boiled Egg, White Cheddar Cheese, Almonds & Dried Cranberries in 7.35oz snack packs (barcode 649632001483). The product 11.5 oz, has a barcode of 5228700653, and includes all expiration dates. This product was sold nationwide.
  • Limena, LLC - of Palm Springs, FL. is recalling its Salvadorean String Cheese (Quesillo Cheese) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The product has a blue and white label and comes in a 1 lb. (16 oz.), clear plastic vacuum package marked with lot number 1041020. The Expiration date is blank. The product was distributed to retail stores and through mail orders.
  • Ruiz Food Products - is recalling their frozen, not ready-to-eat breakfast burrito products containing eggs, sausage, and cheese that may be contaminated with extraneous materials (pieces of plastic). The product comes in a 3.38-lb Value Pack with 12 individual 4.5-oz "El Monterey Signature Burrito Egg, Sausage & Cheese" with a "best if used by" date of 1/15/21 and a lot code 19288.Each product has the USDA establishment number “EST 45694” on the value pack. Product was distributed to retail stores nationwide.
  • White Castle - is recalling their frozen hamburger products - including cheeseburgers, hamburgers, and jalapeno cheeseburgers, along with its 16 pack hamburgers and 16 pack cheeseburgers for the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.   • Nassau Candy Distributors - is recalling their Nancy Adams, Dark Chocolate Graham Crackers because they may contain undeclared milk allergens. The product comes in a 7.5 OZ (212g) brown paper bag packaging with a clear window with Best by and Best if Used by Dates of 4/30/20, 5/1/20, 5/21/20, 6/30/20, 8/4/20, stickered to the bottom of the bag with a barcode of 618645275860. Product was distributed to retail stores nationwide.
  • The J. M. Smucker Company - is recalling their Special Kitty® Mixed Grill Dinner Pate (sold individually or in a variety pack). Ingesting impacted product may cause nausea with excessive salivation, diarrhea or vomiting to more severe symptoms including difficulty walking, seizures and, in extreme situations, death. Pet parents are encouraged to contact their cat's veterinarian immediately if their cat is displaying any of these symptoms. Product was distributed to retail stores nationwide and sold online.
