Pesticide Contractor License

The Georgia Pesticide Use and Application Act requires any individual or company that is engaged in the business of applying pesticides to the lands of another and receives monetary compensation for those application within the State of Georgia to first be issued a Pesticide Contractor License. The license is $55 and is renewed annually.
