Bobby Harris, Assistant Commissioner
Bobby Harris was born in McDuffie County GA. His career started in 1969 when he became the Tax Commissioner of McDuffie County. He remained in this position for 16 years. In 1985, he resigned to run for the Georgia House of Representatives where he served for 10 years. Presently, Bobby has been employed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture since 1996. He has been serving in his current position of Assistant Commissioner of Marketing since 1999.
