The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 82.00¢ based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2½ to 3 pound birds. 99% (representing 955 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 63.00¢ to 85.24¢ with a final weighted average of 81.40¢ f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market continues generally steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal demand. Average weights are ranging mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,697,400 head. This compares with 4,694,100 head last Monday.

Demand on line run tenders, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs is mostly normal; skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is normal to good, mostly normal; whole breasts and wings is good; while the demand on drumsticks ranges good to normal, mostly good.
